What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in our body, responsible for the hydration, elasticity and firm appearance of the skin. With age, the body’s production of hyaluronic acid decreases, which leads to the appearance of wrinkles and loss of skin volume. In addition to the time factor, stress, pollution and other external factors can have negative effects on the skin. This is are some of the reasons why more and more people turn to hyaluronic acid treatment to fill the areas that have lost volume, but also treat fine wrinkles.
