Case Presentation
Mr. Cătălin received treatment with 6 implants in the upper jaw and 6 implants in the lower jaw. The procedure was painless both during and after the intervention. The next day, the patient received fixed provisional restorations for both the upper and lower jaws. During the 6‑month healing period, the patient had fixed teeth, allowing him to eat (with care to avoid overloading the implants) and smile confidently. After the healing period, the patient returned to have the provisional restorations replaced with the final restorations.
In the first phase, the teeth are designed to determine the most suitable shapes and sizes, followed by intermediate fittings. The final fitting is done using wax gums and provisional teeth to visualize the aesthetic integration, while functional assessment is recorded using Modjow.
