Fako underwent a more complex treatment. Implant placement required both bone and gum augmentations. When it comes to implants, the treatment timeline is divided into two stages. The first stage includes smile simulations to determine the ideal tooth shapes, removal of old restorations, treatment of carious lesions, implant insertion, and the creation of provisional restorations. After 6 months, the patient returns for the final restorations on both the implants and the natural teeth. In this case, zirconia crowns were used.
